Tony (Antonio) runs The Floor Men out of West Yarmouth, and the pattern across 60 Cape Cod reviews from 2025 into 2026 is remarkably consistent: fast response, clean work, and a felt sense of care about matching new wood into whatever a house's floors have been through. The company's own site says it's been in business 20 years, offers a 5-year labor warranty, and covers installation, sanding, staining, and repair alongside refinishing. The specifics recur across dozens of jobs. A May 2026 review describes restoring water-damaged oak floors in a beach house, sanding out and replacing damaged boards before refinishing with a lighter, updated stain. An April 2026 review describes a 1950s house whose neglected floors had years of paint splatters, gouges, and protruding nails removed and refinished. A January 2026 review describes a 1950 cottage with carpenter-ant damage and moisture issues — the homeowners called Tony after he'd worked on a neighbor's home first. One December 2025 review describes a floor installed ahead of schedule to accommodate the customer's time constraints, and a November 2025 review describes new flooring installed in a lounge alongside refinished wooden stairs. Another reviewer, identifying themselves as a fellow contractor, recommended Tony after working with him on an Eastham project and said they'd use him again on future jobs. Recent activity is strong and current — a dozen reviews in the last six months, all positive, describing the same responsiveness and clean finish as the older reviews. There isn't a negative account here to weigh against that. For anyone on the Cape with older or damaged hardwood — paint spatter, ant damage, water stains, uneven boards — this is a flooring company reviewers trust to bring a rough floor back rather than just install a new one, backed by an unusually large and current run of five-star accounts.

Hi there! We just got our cape house floors refinished and they came out excellent! Antonio was a pleasure to work with and left the house spotless. I highly recommend them!
Antonio did an amazing job on our floors , great communication as well . Would recommend
Decided it was time to restore the oak floors in our beach house, which involved sanding, replacing water damaged and pinged boards, and refinishing/sealing with a lighter, more up to date stain. We could not be happier with the project. Tony and Adele, The Floor Men, really take pride in their work and make total customer satisfaction their top priority. Every square inch of the wood floor of the 2800 square foot property was done to perfection, including tough to get at areas like the base of balusters and hard to reach closet corners behind doors. They worked efficiently and were careful when moving furniture and other personal items off site. They may not speak English as their native language, but their Customer-speak is flawless. We recommend without hesitation.
Tony and the entire team at The Floor Men do fantastic work. They were able to seamless blend the old with the new and help create a cohesive space.
Tony did an amazing job on my eastham project. As a contractor I would highly recommend Tony. He was very responsive, reliable and his crew does amazing work. The finish product was great and his crew cleans up. I will definitely be working with Tony again in future projects.
