A September 2025 customer had the wood by the exterior doors repaired and replaced. And in April 2026 a badly neglected 1950s house had old paint splatters, gouges and protruding nails taken out of its floors. Speed is the other thing people mention. One April 2026 homeowner said The Floor Men were the only company they contacted who came back quickly, and a December 2025 customer working against a deadline had the floor finished ahead of schedule. A contractor writing in April 2026 about an Eastham project said he would work with Tony again. If you are bringing an old Cape floor back — pine that has been walked on since the fifties, oak with water damage along a door line — this is a crew set up for exactly that. Get the stain approved on a sample board first, and ask what the five-year cover actually includes, since the company describes it as a labor warranty.
