The Gutter Guys is a gutter company whose website says owner Don Jerome and his team have installed, repaired and maintained gutter systems for Vermont and New York homeowners since 2004. The service area it lists includes Vergennes, Ferrisburgh, Middlebury, Shelburne, Charlotte, Williston and Brandon. Its BBB grade is A+, and it holds 4.8 stars on Google from 31 ratings. A recent customer said that once they had painted behind where the new gutters were going, the new gutters were up and operating in four hours. A recent customer said Don came back to address a water drip issue that was more caused by the earlier shingle installation, using additional material and time. A 2026 customer with a second home in Crown Point, NY, said they hired the company for new gutters and that the gutters held up to the harsh winter. A 2025 customer said they had used the company over 10 years earlier for gutters and downspouts that were still holding up, and used them again on another building. A 2023 customer said Donald and Chris arrived right on time for a new gutter installation, took time to answer questions and point out shingles with too short of an overhang, and left the area very tidy. A 2023 customer wrote that a quote from another company, which arrived a week after their install, was double what they paid The Gutter Guys. A 2022 customer said they were pleased with the gutter install and the back guard attached to the gutter and roof to prevent dripping onto the fascia board. A 2022 customer wrote that owner Donald Jerome gave a fair estimate and that the job was done four days after they were handed the estimate. A 2024 customer gave one star after being told twice that someone would come by for an estimate, with no show either time.
Outstanding service and work ethic! Don was responsive, considerate, and prompt with his timing and work. Also, he came back to address an issue which was more caused by the shingle installation previous to the gutter installation causing a water drip issue and addressed with additional material and time. Thanks!
All we had to do for prep, was paint behind where the new gutters were going, because we were changing the house color. In a matter of four hours, the new gutters were up and operating. Beautiful and pain free.
Great price, excellent work and professional service! I would highly recommend Gutter Guys.
Last year we bought a second home in Crown Point, NY. The house was greatly in need of new gutters. We hired The Gutter Guys in VT(right across the bridge) to do the job. Just came up to our home and was happy to see the gutters did their job and held up to the harsh winter this year. I would definitely recommend The Gutter Guys as they were professional, affordable and responsive.
The Gutter Guys are the best. They work quickly with great quality at a solid price. We used them over 10 years ago for gutters and downspouts for our house and those are still holding up very well. We used them again today on another building and everything looks great and went up quickly. Look no further, give them a call, you won't be disappointed.
