The Heating Oil Lady is a Pawtucket heating-oil dealer. The company says it delivers home heating oil across Rhode Island and Southeastern Massachusetts, and the towns it lists run from Pawtucket and Providence to Woonsocket, Cranston, Uxbridge and Northbridge. It also advertises 24/7 emergency service. On Google it holds 3.4 stars from 63 ratings, and its BBB grade is B-. A recent customer said they called one day and the oil was delivered the very next day, and called the driver professional and friendly. A 2026 customer said delivery was quick and the employees were friendly and helpful. A 2026 customer who used to get oil from 1st Choice Oil said things went badly after that company was bought out by The Oil Lady, describing awful customer service and mistakes that kept being made.
“Call THE OIL LADY. Their trucks are all over Aquidneck Island.”
“Elite & The Oil Lady.”
I have been without any issues using the Heating Oil Lady for years. I called yesterday and oil delivered the very next day, The driver was professional and friendly and plan to use them for all my future needs.
Great oil supplier
I used to get my oil delivered by 1st Choice Oil and never had a single problem. Ever since they were bought out by The Oil Lady, it’s been a complete disaster. Customer service is awful, mistakes are constantly made, and instead of owning up to them, they blame the customer and flat-out lie. It’s beyond frustrating and completely unprofessional. I would strongly recommend going with literally any other oil company — even if the price is higher — because dealing with this company is absolutely not worth the headache.
Delivery is quick, price is the best around. Employees are very friendly and helpful.
Great company to work with. Nelson the goat 🐐
