The Pick Up Crew

The Pickup Crew spends most of its time in buildings, not living rooms. Its own site leads with recurring janitorial work for offices, government facilities and life-science campuses, post-construction punch cleans for contractors, cleanroom work for pharmaceutical and biotech sites, and same-day turnovers for short-term rentals — with residential cleaning offered alongside. Tiffany Payne founded the company and, it says, stays on site and directly reachable rather than handing accounts to a manager who never visits. The site gives no founding year. It also lists City of Boston SMWVBE certification, a SAM.gov registration with an active CAGE code, NAICS 561720 for janitorial services, and Massachusetts prevailing-wage compliance — all statements the company makes about itself, which is worth knowing if you are hiring on the strength of any of them. The written history is short: two Google reviews, both five stars. The newer one, from May 2026, describes cleaning done "spotless top to bottom." In a 2024 review, a customer credited Payne personally for being attentive and for following up. Two voices is not much of a track record, and the rating here reflects the thinness of that history far more than it reflects the stars. Stated coverage runs Boston, Cambridge, Waltham, Burlington, Lexington, Quincy and Foxborough. This is a sensible call for commercial, government or post-construction cleaning where you want the owner answering the phone. Before signing anything that leans on the credentials, confirm the SMWVBE certification with the City of Boston and the registration on SAM.gov yourself, and ask for references on a job the size of yours — there are very few published ones to read.
