Very responsive and very honest and upfront about services constant timing. I would hardly recommend using this company.

Extremely friendly and professional customer service. Explained all charges in detail ahead of the tech coming out. No hidden surprises once the job was complete. Same day service and they only fixed what needed to be fixed and didn’t try to upsell or fix anything that didn’t need it. Would highly recommend to others and will use again in the future if needed.

No idea how good they are at appliance repair but the older woman loves to blast through your neighborhood down narrow curvy roads way too fast.

Thistle Appliance Service. What a wonderful find! I had a noisy refrigerator that is still under warranty from Whirlpool. In October they sent out two guys from another repair company who were not qualified to help me. I waited to get past the holidays and contacted Whirlpool again. THis time they put me in touch with Thistle Appliance Service in Sagamore Beach. From my first call, I knew I was dealing with a 5 star company. Amy is very friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. In a couple of days, Taylor came to the house and was able to quickly diagnose the problem. She ordered a new part and a few days later replaced the fan motor assembly. After months of noise we have serenity. In these times of shoddy service, it is most refreshing to find a reliable professional company to do business with! Taylor, your service person, was beyond terrific and was so professional, friendly and explained the problem, what she did as far as diagnosing the issue as well as explaining the best way for me to use the dials to be more efficient.
