One 2020 reviewer even noted in passing that Duncan is "a great architect (without the actual Lic., but years at an Arch. sch.)". So: the design talent here is well documented and specific, at a scale Houzz puts between $100,000 and $1.5 million a project. Before anything is signed, ask for the current HIC and CSL numbers, check them yourself against the state registers, and get written confirmation of insurance — and ask for a recent local reference, since most of the published praise is now several years old.
