Although there was a scheduling mistake on the company's side, which delayed my cleaning appointment by one day, the customer service representative kept me updated over the phone throughout the process and arranged for the cleaning to be done the following day. There was only one cleaning staff member, but they did an excellent job. They thoroughly cleaned all of the areas I requested and paid great attention to detail. Overall, I was very satisfied with the quality of the service.
The three stars are solely for the cleaners themselves, who did a very good job each time they came to my home. They were professional, thorough, and I was happy with the quality of their work. Unfortunately, the lost stars are due to my experience with Arjun and the scheduling process. What was supposed to be a confirmed weekly schedule frequently changed. There were multiple occasions where my appointments would be confirmed, only for me to be told hours later that the cleaner was no longer available. I repeatedly had to reschedule despite having an established recurring appointment. I expressed my concerns and clearly communicated that if the scheduling issues continued, I would need to look elsewhere because reliability is important to me. Unfortunately, the same problems continued to happen. When I ultimately reached out to end our services, I never received an apology or any follow-up. He simply never responded. I only used the company a handful of times before deciding to move on. If you’re looking for quality cleaners, the cleaning staff themselves do excellent work. However, if reliability, consistent scheduling, and communication are important to you, this is not the right company.
The ladies that came by were friendly and immediately got to work, got my living room 2 bathrooms and bedroom done in an hour and my basement room and bathroom done in half that time, I am thoroughly impressed with the speediness of the job, done in half the time of any other cleaners I’ve had, next time I’ll probably ask for more of my spaces to be cleaned as I asked for a very basic service but I could go on about how wonderful my home looks now and I love the smell of the cleaning products too! Thank you so much! Will be hearing from me again!
