Jon was phenomenal to work with! As a first time homeowner he made me feel really comfortable asking all of my questions. He was super knowledgeable and made this process really easy. I wasn't sure what a home inspection would entail but he checked every nook and cranny of the place and provided an extremely detailed report. I would absolutely engage with him again on a future purchase!

Meeting and spending a few hours with Jon as he thoroughly examined our home, I can totally see why he is so highly rated. Jon really knows his stuff, he's super respectful of your property and he leaves no stone unturned. He has such a calming aura and on walking into our house he put me immediately at ease. I felt able to tell him all of my worries relating to the most expensive investment of my life. He reassured me in places, agreed with me in others and gave me easily understandable resolutions to the recommendations he made. Walking around with him, I learned things about our property I would never have known otherwise. Overall, the home inspection was an enjoyable experience and the report was available to us with photographs attached on the same day. I'd give 6+ stars if I could. Highly recommended!
