Gervin Cardona has been our contractor, making major revisions to an historic mansion in Newton. Gervin and his crew demonstrate excellent craftsmanship. They are amazing problem-solvers and imaginative thinkers. I have watched Gervin over many years. He understands carpentry, structural design, wall restoration, ceiling and floors, window reconfigurations and cord replacement, bathroom tiling, plumbing, outside masonry, electricity/wiring and installation of new lighting fixtures from small to large. He has upgraded a range of rooms, from kitchen to bath, from living room to dining room, bedrooms, and to art studio, while managing to preserve the charm of an old house. Gervin is friendly, responsive to emergencies—he has rescued us from two instances of burst pipes and toilet back-up. He has improved the overall quality of our lives and made our home a livable space for many years to come. We are very grateful we found him as a contractor and had time to work on our house.

Does not follow through on contracted work. Is very difficult to negotiate with, and has a long turn around time to complete the work. I lived in an apartment that was renovated by him, the window would fall out, the door was uneven, I ended up moving out because he took to long to fix his work.

I had an excellent experience with my kitchen renovation. Timber Rock was timely, responsive, neat and on budget. I would use them again in a NY minute! Each worker was professional, attentive to detail and careful with all my belongings. They were fun to have on site. I highly recommend. Come see my kitchen if you want proof!

I have had my basement finished with T&R construction and they have done an amazing job. Everything they have done from start to finish (waterproofing, Insulation (spray form on walls and fire/sound proof on ceilings), stairs , bathroom, custom cabinets for media room , electric fixtures and many more) is impressive. Tony Rodrigues is a great guy to work with and he made sure that we are happy and fully satisfied with every minor details. Gervin , Maynor and everyone in their team are expert and amazing to work with. If you are looking for superior quality work and peace of mind and best results of any of your construction or renovation needs, go with them without second thought.
