Tim Luongo/ Timco Builders has been one of the most diligent and innovative builders that I have worked with - his expertise at custom home construction is evident in every aspect of the building process- I have been involved in High End Luxury builds for over 30 years and Timco ranks high on my list of “Best in Class” I highly recommend them for your next project.
Thank you so much to Tim and the team for the best new home construction I could’ve ever asked for in Providence RI I trust them for all of my residential construction needs everything from bathroom model kitchen remodel, residential construction and everything in between. The most experienced and talented team I have found.
We recently hired Timco Builders to remodel two bathrooms, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the results. From the start, Tim’s communication was excellent, he kept me updated on progress, timelines, and any potential changes. His team was incredibly respectful, always on time, and worked diligently to make sure everything was perfect. The subcontractors he brought in also did outstanding work, paying attention to every detail. What stood out the most, though, was his attitude; he was always positive, professional, and genuinely dedicated to ensuring we were happy with the final result. We’ve used several different contractors for various projects over the years and will go back to Tim and his team for our future projects.
Timco Builders helped me have my dream home. Tim's ideas and designs are creative, and unique. No one works as had as Mikey. I'd give this team a 👍.
