David Tiriolo was very responsive when asking for a quote for the sealing of our driveway. He came by within 2 days and submitted his offer via email. He explained the process very thoroughly. After hiring him for the job he stayed in contact to schedule the actual day the work should happen with weather being the deciding factor. He did the job on time very professionally, cleaning the area first, sealing any cracks and finishing it in a timely fashion. He will be back in two weeks to check if everything is alright. I highly recommend him for this kind of work. Will definitely work with him again in the future.
Just about a year ago Tiriolo sealed my driveway. I was impressed with their responsiveness and ability to get the driveway done. Unfortunately, in less than a year the driveway looks terrible. I have attempted to contact them twice. Both times they were going to come out and look at it but they no showed both times. It’s very unfortunate they don’t stand behind their work. Pictures are attached. In response to your inaccurate response below, I suggest you read our correspondence again. I misunderstood the 2nd application and I said that. That does not change the fact that this is what my driveway looks like less than a year after applied. I am on the shady side of the street, which is evidence by where all the solar panels are on houses. I've had driveways sealed before and they never looked like this in less than one year. Additionally, promising previous customers that you would come out and not showing up on more than one occasion is a poor business practice. It's your business, run it and make up excuses as you wish. I'm just hoping others don't fall for it. Additionally, since you're saying this is normal. Perhaps you should show people how your service will look less than a year later before you do the work. If I had known, I would have gone elsewhere.
Did the end of my driveway apron. Came out perfect.
