TLC Roofing

TLC Roofing describes itself on its website as a local contractor doing residential and commercial roof replacement, roof repair, siding and gutters, serving Chicopee and surrounding Western Massachusetts. The site also states 35 years in business. A customer who had a porch roof reroofed says Tom and his crew arrived on-site when promised and finished in one day, and that Tom repaired issues that were not in his quote at no extra cost. A customer with a two story colonial and two porches says the TLC crew replaced the roof in one day and patched a few holes in the siding. After calling Tom about a possible boot pipe needing new sealant, a customer says he was out within a couple hours and had his crew fixing it in less than 24 hours. A customer who first hired TLC for new shingles when the roof was leaking says the second job, new gutters with leaf guards, was scheduled in 2 weeks, and that the crew returned several weeks later to install leaf guards in one small section where a dove nest had been. A customer says TLC replaced the old roof while they were on a short getaway and handled the issues a prior roofer's short cuts had caused. In a 2025 review, a customer said Tom took measurements on a Friday, sent the quote Monday morning, and the crew started at 8:00 am on a Saturday and was done and cleaned up by noon. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, number 134816, is active on the state registry, with Thomas Leonard as the holder of record. It holds 5 stars from 34 Google ratings.
