Tom and Keith installed a new septic tank and field at a house I purchased. They were nice people but more than frustrating to work with. Communication throughout the process was not very clear and additional charges were not communicated until after completion, even though discussed in the initial scope. The fill that they brought in had trash and glass throughout, that I’m still picking out almost a year later. They spread the loam to repair the yard, but left it for 2+ weeks and it mostly washed away with rains. Did a poor job seeding and left the yard worse than it began. They did me a favor cleaning up some brush around a barn, but failed to mention that they were pushing piles of old trash down the hill. The system they installed works, and I was hoping to have a great experience working with experienced contractors who came recommended, but I did not.

They changed $40,000 they haven’t cleaned up.. they started my Neighbors without cleaning my property up. Wouldn’t hire them again

Our septic pump stopped working and we needed help and weren’t sure where to get it. I read reviews in the Merrimack Forum and Tom Howe Septic Systems was strongly suggested. I called, and within the hour, Tom returned my call. Within the next hour, Tom and Keith were at our home to assess the situation. These gentlemen know how to troubleshoot and how to work hard. They ordered a new pump, installed it and we are now back in operation. They were so kind, and when we showed interest, explained exactly what they were doing and why. We received quite a valuable education. The honesty, value and hard work provided by Keith and Tom exceeds five stars. They are fantastic!

Tom Howe and his team did a tremendous job installing a new septic system in our home. Tom is a true professional and I would highly recommend him to anyone in the need of replacing there septic system.
