Top Tier Plumbing & Heating LLC

Last week I had Top Tier install a new Gas Tankless Water Heater, a new Expansion Tank and a new Kitchen Faucet. The pricing was fair and the installation was smooth and easy. This is my first time using Top Tier, but I would definately use them again.

I highly recommend Top Tier. Having worked with several members of their team, most notably Jesse, I found them all to be on-time, skilled, knowledgeable and professional. As part of a kitchen remodel, I needed a shower drain to be cut and re-routed through the framing (see attached), to avoid interfering with cabinetry. The work was performed concisely and expertly. Very pleased with Top Tier!

Nick has been extremely valuable for our household. He has successfully installed new items and he has fixed various other components, saving us money each time with his exceptional and reasonable pricing. He is amazingly available, even answered his phone while on family vacation! What I have been most impressed with is the professionalism that both he and his team display. They are courteous and explain exactly what is needed, no BS. They have also recommended better items than I previously had, like outside spigots, which are way better than the former ones.
