Fantastic communication and a beautiful piece. Strongly recommend
Thank you so much for fixing our tabletop and giving us a beautiful piece of furniture we love using. Great customer service and good pricing as well.
I used Tougas Timberworks for their kiln drying service and would highly recommend them. Eric is super knowledgeable , professional and a pleasure to work with. Will definitely use again.
Eric was extremely easy to schedule with and very communicative. He was able to fit a little over 900 bf of pine into his drying schedule with only about two week's notice and he touched base with me a couple of times ahead of time to make sure that we were still on schedule. I shopped around a bit and his prices were competitive. Very highly recommend.
From the initial phone call, Eric was a true professional. Yes, we spoke on the phone! Can you believe that in this age and time, he took as long as I needed to guide me in the right direction knowing this was my first time using live wood for a project. Very easy process picking out a slab, explaining how to get the most out of wood and preservation. Well, the coastal vibe project came out better than expected. I placed the whole trimmed off lengthwise portion of the slab as a backing and it created a wave like wood carving. I would recommend Eric to everyone a hundred times!!!
