The 2018 coverage described the business as a Vineyard Haven company; the current address is in Edgartown. One episode from its municipal work is worth knowing about. A 2024 Provincetown Independent article recounted that in 2017 a competitor, Cape Cod Builders, took Edgartown to court over the town's award of the Memorial Wharf restoration and repair contract to Trademark Services, which had bid $249,000 for the work. That dispute was with the town over how the contract was awarded, not a claim about the construction itself. This is an outfit set up for a substantial Vineyard build or renovation rather than a small repair — the work described publicly is town and commercial-scale construction.
