The tenure numbers do not line up: the site says over 30 years, while BBB records a start date of 6/15/2005 and counts 21 years in business. And the five license numbers printed on the site — two Rhode Island plumbing and pipefitting licenses, a Rhode Island electrical license, and two Massachusetts registrations — are the company's own listing, not something confirmed against a state registry, so ask for the current numbers and check them before work starts. For a homeowner around Fall River or the East Bay with an aging oil burner or a tank that needs looking at, this is the kind of small local shop worth a call. Go in knowing you will be judging them on the conversation and the quote, not on a stack of reviews.
