This place is absolutely horrible and dreadful, and I would not recommend that anybody ever do business with them. Because my family was unfortunately evicted from our apartment last year and they held our belongings and they kept saying that we needed a notarized letter from everyone in my family and order to access our belongings. But this was impossible because my grandmother who was one of the tenants was in the hospital with dementia and also the rest of us. My mom, sister, and I were all living in different places, and it wasn’t possible for all of us to be together in order to access the storage unit. Then when I called on the phone and inquired, they told me that the storage unit was sold back in either June or July at auction and the lady on the phone was very rude and was yelling at me and she just sounds like a terrible person to deal with. Overall, I would not do business with this place and they just seem like horrible people who do not care about you or you belongings.

Awful !! Awful awful ! They are rude every time I call . We were literally trying to buy stuff from an auction and you can’t tell us one the right date or right time . They barely speak English and they are rude each time ! Place should be shut down !!!

Sounds like to landlords and property owners they move your belongings fast, however for the tenant, they trash your belongings, make it super hard for you to retrieve your belongs, and give you the run around on the phone, combined with participating in illegal evictions. Of course the landlord is happy if you can move a apt or small house in 8 hrs while the tenant is at work. Hours on website say close at 6pm. Weekend App only. Called to verify some info and the woman on the line had a superior complex, give miss information, and when questioned for clarification, took a deep sigh and just requested my phone# to give to manager. Oh and they close at 5pm AND IS REGARDLESS APPOINTMENT ONLY. This place sucks and im rooting for another company to take over.

They came for an Execution of tenants, one of them says he will keep the cost down if I gave him something( a tip) but the cost 1850 was extremely high because they picked and chose what they wanted to take. I suspect they took my belonging as well as the tenants stuff. So much belonged to the tenant they refused to take, because it looked dirty or was not valuable to them. I wish the Constable did not order these people! They didn’t take much only not even half of the stuff there, maybe 7 or 8 bins or boxes, and a jewelry armouir , mirror, and a small refrigerator.This company is from Stoughton, MA

Participated in illegal move. They quoted me an amount, then demanded $100 more once I arrived. (It was refunded once everything was taken) many items were damaged including a brand new $300 ac. Many high price items were missing; which may also be the fault of landlord Miguel Osario (Lowell) but I have no way of knowing. Very difficult to work with- rigid with appointment times. The guy who unloaded my items tried getting a tip from us, which was pretty awk. Stay away from this company. Sketchy.
