Troy Hardwoods is Top Rated

We hired this company to refinish the hardwood floors in a unit we recently purchased in Worcester. The floors were in rough shape and had not been properly maintained for many years. The team did a great job restoring and refinishing the floors. The work was completed professionally and without any hassle. They also added trim to a few areas of the floor, which we really appreciated. Overall, we had a great experience with this company and are very happy with the quality of their work. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for hardwood floor refinishing.

Isaac did an amazing job bringing back my Hard Wood Floors they were close to 30 years old and it had never been refinished. They look like new.

This was the second time I had service done from Troy Hardwood Flooring, first time was 7 years ago when they ripped out rugs in the living room, hallway, and stairs and installed hardwood flooring., Isaac recommended he sand down the Dining and Kitchen area and re-stain to match with the living room, hallway and stairs., He did, and it came out perfect! … seven years later (May 2026) I had Troy Hardwoods come back to buff and coat with a higher gloss., service was quick, his employees are the best in the business, professional, polite & respectful!., pricing was very reasonable compared to other companies I had inquired into. … I highly recommend Troy Hardwood Flooring., it truly was a pleasure having my hardwood floors done by this company. Please review pictures I have attached.

Issac and team replaced a floating floor in my home. They did a great job from start to finish - they had the most competitive quote, were the most responsive over the phone and able to give some ranges, and fastest to come out to my property and see it in person and do some lite work to really see the issue. Through the process he helped with floor product recommendations at retailers and local suppliers he knows so I had options I had confidence in. He provided picture updates along the way and explained what was being done and was always easy to reach on the phone to check in (left the area while work was done). Work turned out high quality and quick. Will be calling them next time I have an issue!

I hired Troy because of Issac’s clear passion for the work. They did such a good job with such a challenging floor - not hardwood, but softwood pine. I appreciate the attention to small details. Some before and after pics.
