I hired turn key to address issues with my roof and was beyond impressed! Steven was wonderful to work with ensuring that I had all information and all questions were answered. he worked with the insurance company and the independent insurance adjuster to make sure all issues were properly noted and addressed. when they replaced the roof all of the workers were wonderful, kind and courteous. they took great care to ensure my garden was protected during the removal and everything was left remarkably clean. the only evidence they left was a beautiful new roof not a nail to be found! I got a follow up call shortly after project completion and another a few weeks after to ensure that all issues were addressed. Everyone I encountered was Prompt, helpful courteous, with impressive communication. over all an amazing business to work with!
Steve from turn key remodeling was extremely helpful and informative of the process for replacing my roof. I was surprised that they were able to replace such a big and complex roof all in a day. When I left for work, they were arriving and by the time I got home they were all done, cleaned up and gone. I'm extremely satisfied and recommend them 1000%
A great company from start to finish. Available for my questions at almost any time of the day. They kept me well informed of the steps as the process unfolded. They did a great job on my roof and also installed some gutter guards. Reasonably priced and around the cost of other estimates that I had received. An overall great experience. I highly recommend these guys.
First, we would like to thank Steve McIntyre from Turn Key Remodeling for all of his help with our roof. He was honest and informative on not only our roof, but also pointed us in the right direction for solar panels & a chimney person. The quick response, workmanship & clean up far exceeded my expectations. They have a great crew of workmen that got right to task and completed the job with efficiency and pride. We highly recommend them, you won’t be disappointed.
Turn key remodeling just replaced my roof, I called and left messages with 3 companies and turn key called me back right away. Greg Allen came right out to take a look and said I can go through my insurance. He walked me through everything from start to finish and answered all my questions which I had a lot. The communication was on spot and everything went so smooth. When I got home the day they replaced it I couldn’t believe how great it looked, and they cleaned up perfectly. We also had some interior damage which they had scheduled for a different day and today the ceiling was finished. I couldn’t have been happier with this whole process . I highly recommend Turn Key Remodeling to everyone and don’t forget to ask for Greg! 😊
