Turner Environmental & Consulting LLC

First off, I want to say this review wasn’t requested. Most companies send a survey link, but Jake didn’t. I’m writing this because I genuinely want other people to find this incredible business. Jake and his team did an outstanding job removing all the mold from my home over a 6 months period. He’s not only highly professional but also deeply knowledgeable about mold and environmental toxins. My situation was extremely complex and sensitive, and anyone who has dealt with mold toxicity knows it’s a nightmare. Having a team that’s both empathetic and efficient while also providing expert recommendations to ensure my home was safe was truly a blessing. On top of my own health issues, I had to navigate insurance and HOA approvals. The process could have been rushed, but Jake understood the layers of complexity and never once made me feel like a burden. He was patient, flexible, and went out of his way to ensure that my home was genuinely safe to return to. It’s rare these days to find a business owner with this level of honesty and integrity. Many of us have had bad experiences with companies that cut corners or take advantage of people, but Jake is the complete opposite. He’s transparent, fair, an expert, and goes the extra mile. I couldn’t recommend his company more highly.

Jake was a lifesaver during our mold remediation process. He came out quickly to do an assessment and explain the services he could offer. We decided to use him to be our independent tester and used another company for remediation services. Jake was incredibly thorough in his post-remediation inspection and helped us navigate challenges we faced with the mold remediation company we worked with when our basement failed post-clearance testing. During an incredible stressful process, Jake was the one thing that kept us hopeful and moving forward. Throughout our entire time working together, he communicated clearly and promptly, never hesitating to take extra time to explain things or make sure all our questions were answered. Definitely recommend Turner Environmental!

Simply put Jake is amazing! I never write reviews but I honestly have to for his services. He is KNOWLEDGEABLE, fair, honest, and trustworthy. I would recommend him fully! I was in the middle of purchasing a home and I quickly learned that he was part of my team! If anyone is purchasing a house, reach out to Jake and have him come to the inspection with you! His expertise is beyond words. Thank you Jake!!!!

Great company from the employees up to the owner. They came and renovated my basement that was damaged in a storm. Handled it quickly and professionally. Will definitely be using them again if needed and telling my friends and family about them.

The Turner crew came by to help out with a basement mold issue. They did an excellent job in a timely manner. It was also a good value compared to some other companies quotes that I received. Would gladly use their services again if there ever comes a time when I need them. Highly recommend to any other homeowners who need mold removed from their home!
