Highly recommend! Had planned a one-off deep clean prior to an event and was so impressed am now a regular customer. Attention to detail, thorough, communicative, prompt-I can’t say enough about this team!

Two Maids does not have any respect for the sanctity of clients’ homes. Do not hire them. I just had two cleaners from two maids in my home. I scheduled a deep clean for an 11am to 2pm time block. They arrived at 1:50 pm and began cleaning. I told the cleaner whose English sounded fluent to me that I had a meeting about 10 mins away and would need to leave at 2:30. I asked that she text me when she was about 20 mins from being done so I could come back and lock up (they had sent me a text to say they were on their way so I knew they had the capability). I repeated this at least three times, including before I left. I went to my meeting and on my way home I received a text message soliciting a tip. I drove up to my house to find the two cleaners sitting in their car about to drive off with the front door to my house wide open. I asked them why the door was left open and why they hadn’t texted me. She replied she had closed the door, I said “but the door is visibly open”, I had not even entered my yard, I could see from the street into my house. Her response was to drive off. I paid over $300 for that service. The cleaning was adequate but these people are not to be trusted. They are irresponsible AND extremely rude. Got in touch with the main office and they basically defended the cleaners even though I sent a photo of my door wide open. No help there.

Ana and Ita did an amazing job, they were very thorough. It was expensive, but they quote you ahead of time, and explain all of the extra things that get done in the premium service over the basic service.

We have been with Two Maids Newton for a few months and continue to be so impressed each and every time! We always feel we get way more value for our money than we expect - that’s because of the thoughtful touches that the team puts in place every time. I am also appreciative of the flexibility in scheduling that is offered, given we have unpredictable work weeks. I came across the team from a targeted Instagram ad, and this is the first time I can say that the ad actually delivered and exceeded on expectations.
