TY Floors runs out of a Winthrop address and, by its own directory listings, has been doing floors for 14 years — hardwood, laminate, vinyl and luxury vinyl plank, plus decks. The same listings put wood-floor refinishing and commercial wood flooring installation alongside the residential work, note that Spanish is spoken, and say estimates are free. What is not there yet is anything written by a customer. HomeAdvisor and Angi both carry the "this pro is new" line and neither shows a single review, so there is no account from a homeowner who actually hired them. Three small project galleries on the profile — vinyl, deck, hardwood — are the only look at finished work. Hire them and you are an early customer on the platforms that track this trade. Ask for local addresses you can go look at, and get scope, subfloor prep and the finish schedule in writing before anyone starts pulling up the old floor.
