Reviews from 2021 through 2026 describe siding jobs (a full re-siding with a new breezeway in 2022, a 2024 job removing a leaking window above a sliding door and enclosing the opening with matching siding), porch and deck rebuilds (a parents' porch demolished and rebuilt in 2024 — the homeowner said it looked like a different house; a deck and a barn-door wall replaced in 2025), and a run of winter-storm calls in early 2026: ice dams, blizzard-day snow clearing, and plowing a driveway while the owners were away. Not every account lines up with that pattern. A September 2025 review describes a customer whose 2024 job went well but who then paid a deposit for replacement storm windows the following year, only to have the company repeatedly fail to schedule the work and stop responding to calls and emails — the review says legal action was being considered.
