Overall, the move with this company went ok. Most of our belongings arrived without issue. The movers left our new 75” TV until the very end to pack, and one worker was vocally unsure about how it was being packed while we all watched. After hearing this, I offered to take it in my car, but was reassured it would be fine. Unfortunately, the screen arrived damaged. When we raised the issue, the response was slightly dismissive, questioning why we waited to check the screen when the workers left 4 hours prior. (We continued moving after they left). Little was done to address or replace the damage done. Remainder of goods arrived fine.. I advise moving anything fragile yourself.

These guys were amazing!! They helped me move yesterday as I prep for a big cross country move and were super fast and fit everything into my uhaul boxes. They were gentle with my furniture, worked super fast, and were such nice guys! 10/10 recommend!

Ultracare helped me pack a moving pod thru uhaul (Ubox) for a cross country move while in my second trimester of pregnancy. They were AMAZING- I couldn’t believe how fast they got it done and they managed to get everything to fit. Very pleasant personalities too. 10/10 service + job
