Working with Meredith and Jim for a conversion to our bathroom (tub to full shower) was amazing. We saw the Onyx product in United Kitchen & Bath and just knew that was the one!!! They guided us thru our selections for walls, glass and fixtures. Installation date was set up and stuck to it. Jim was onsite and worked thru the whole process, being sure that everything on site was cleared and cleaned each day. We absolutely love the end result, no hesitation at all to recommend Jim Bird at United Kitchen & Bath.
We had our kitchen demoed and remodeled and all the floors redone on the first floor of our home in Eastham. We had a deadline of getting this project completed before Memorial Day weekend so we could move everything back into our home and enjoy that weekend with our family and guests. Jim Bird and his team of contractors stayed on track throughout the project and provided us with photos and updates as work was completed. His communication throughout the project was excellent and we were very pleased with the quality of their work. Everyone was a pleasure to work with and they made sure their work was completed before the deadline we set with them! United Kitchen and Bath helped us with a project in a vacation home that sustained some water damage. They were very professional and flexible to work with. Offering advice and responding to emails and calls promptly. For several aspects of the job they were able to quickly get into do the work , juggling their busy summer schedules . Trades did an outstanding job and left the site clean when they were finished. Would definitely use them again .
