I was dispatched to this company through American Home Shield. Issue happened on a Saturday, did not expect a call till Monday but did get a call several hours later to figure out the exact issue and let us know they would be out Monday to fix. Texted a picture of the problem. Was called Monday morning with a 2 hour window. Plumber arrived within window, quickly fixed the problem. Very happy with service.

Valley Plumbing the absolute worst, there should be negative stars for them. Three times they came out to fix a leak under my toilet, the leak was so bad that the flooring had too be replaced 2xs around the toilet, they sent out some cowboy to do that twice both times the floor was left uneven. I suggested they replace the older flange and the toilet bolts were loose from their last visit. I suggested after so much problem the wax rings kept failing and use one of the more rigid alternatives. Instead the blonde idiot put triple wax rings, on an uneven floor was bound to fail and it did within 6 mos.Now it is leaking under vinyl plank flooring which you don't notice right away and looking at the floor from the cellar they supposedly fixed its worse then ever,. I called them Sunday, itsthe following Monday they never called back, Called another Plumber. 4 x's failure last one in 6 mos. After seeing my honest assessment Dick Wynchel the owner sent me a letter saying I was a dead beat. I paid everytime. The blonde plumber can't get out of your house fastest enough and move on to the next job, partially accounting for such incompetent work. They never told me a beam in the cellar was partially rotted from all these leaks. Because he didn't have a part in the truck, which he could have got at Koopman's , he put three wax rings in and they failed in 6 mos. Do not use Valley Plumbing.

If I could give negative stars, I would. This company was assigned by American Home Shield to unclog my shower, and for over a week they never showed up. I kept getting one story from them and a completely different story from AHS. The communication was inconsistent and unprofessional. After multiple delays and excuses, they ultimately did not show up at all. I genuinely don’t understand how they stay in business. Extremely disappointing experience.

Absolutely amazing people came that day in a half hour and really helped me out only plumber to use EVER !!! Thanks guys

came via warranty company. Late to appt. seemed not knowledgeable. stated they would come back. didnt hear from them for weeks and beyond. found and hired another company which fixed everything and paid out of pocket for large replacement item.
