Victory Plus+ Windows Cleaning, Repair, and Home Services

I used Victor last year to replace all the screens on my porch. He did a good job at the time. This year I have contacted him 3 times, so far, to say that one of the screens is coming away from the wood frame. He always tells me that he will come "next week", but never contacts me or shows up.

I contacted Victor through Angi for a window repair in my kitchen. I got a call and email quickly and we scheduled a date and time to take a look at a window we needed repaired. He was able to take the window out, get the glass replaced and bring it back and install it within a couple of days. He also repaired a window on an exterior door in my den and did it that job efficiently as well. Victor was great communicating with me and worked with my schedule. I will definitely be calling him again for the other services he offers when I need them.

Victor and his team replaced our windows for us recently. I wholeheartedly and fully recommend Victor for window repair and replacement. He was timely, respectful, communicative, and professional. Additionally, he helped us discover another issue that had it gone unaddressed would have caused damage over time. He then moved his schedule around for us to quickly resolve it, consulting us and keeping us updated along the way. We so appreciate Victor's work on our home and will use him for any window needs moving forward.

Can't say enough good things about Victor. He responded quickly, came up with a date and a price and was right on time. We had to have a window taken out to fit some oversized furniture into our condo and he handled it with ease. Popped the window out (of a very old building), helped us get the furniture through and then reinstalled the window. So professional and friendly. I highly recommend him...he knows his stuff!

I have used Victory Plus before and have been very pleased. They have been very professional and very responsive. They were to have come to do my windows today “between 10:30 and 1:30.” They sent at least three emails asking me to confirm that the appointment was ‘on.’ I always responded. Very uncharacteristically, they never showed up and never called.
