What the positive ones keep pointing at is the showroom rather than the crew: a 2024 customer who had struck out at another business said the selection and the help made the decision easy, and told other shoppers to start here. The one detailed complaint, from November 2025, is about the office rather than the floors. That buyer returned sample boards, was told the scheduler would call, and heard nothing for a week; after going back in person to book a measuring appointment, they took a half day off work and nobody came, then were offered the following week with no apology. Separately, a January 2023 customer who liked both the carpet and the service noted it arrived smelling of vape. Pin the measuring appointment down in writing and ask who calls you if it moves — that is exactly where this store's one substantive complaint landed.
