Viva Roofing & Home Improvement customers describe both new roofs and smaller repair jobs, including metal roofing, patching and flashing work. Google shows a 5-star average from 51 ratings. Several customers name Will and praise his communication during their projects. One homeowner described Will arranging a free inspection, explaining the roof's problems and meeting with the insurance adjuster. The customer said the team finished the roof in one day, left the yard clean and that they paid nothing for the new roof. That was this homeowner's experience, rather than a promise about the cost of another customer's project. A separate customer described a metal roof installation and said Will followed through on the promised work from start to finish. An August 2026 reviewer praised a roof patch and flashing work performed a couple of months earlier. In a January 2026 review, a customer said Will and his crew offered a quick appointment, completed the job quickly and kept them informed throughout. A September 2025 reviewer likewise praised the team's updates and delivery of the promised work. The company says it offers free estimates and is insured.
