VJR Nolasco's Masonry and Landscaping Inc

VJR Nolasco's Masonry and Landscaping is a Lynn-based mason contractor that's been in business since 2019, working mostly on patios, walls and other hardscape projects — Houzz lists patio construction and design, paver installation, concrete work, outdoor kitchens and arbor building among its services. The Better Business Bureau has it at an A+ letter grade, though it isn't a BBB-accredited business. The written record is thin and split. One customer wrote that the work was fantastic, right on time and reasonably priced, calling the quality top-notch. But a 2025 Google review told a different story: the reviewer said the owner, Anibal, promised to come back and fix outstanding issues after a job, then repeatedly failed to follow through and eventually stopped responding altogether — the reviewer called it a reason to think twice before hiring. Two shorter Google reviews from 2024 are positive but brief, calling the crew professional and the work good. Given how few reviews there are and how directly they conflict, it's worth asking pointedly about follow-up and warranty terms — what happens if something needs fixing after the job — before signing anything.
