WA Luxury Tiles works out of East Boston doing tile-driven bathroom remodels — walk-in showers, heated floors, full gut renovations — plus backsplashes and floor tiling elsewhere in the house, led by Tevan and Alex and their crew. The company's Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration (#213034) is active, and it says on its own site that it covers the greater Boston area. The word that comes up again and again across 32 five-star Google ratings and a 4.9-star Thumbtack profile (48 reviews, Top Pro for 2024 and 2025) is craftsmanship: precise cuts, level grout lines, and jobs finished clean and on schedule. Customers describe full bathroom gut remodels with heated floors, multi-bath projects done back to back, and repeat work — several reviewers mention hiring the crew a second or third time. One reviewer, describing a wet-room project with a curbless shower and custom tile, said that out of twelve companies consulted, this was the only one that could deliver what they wanted. Fair warning on scheduling: a 2026 review — the only four-star rating in the bunch — noted the crew takes one job at a time with a small, trusted team, so booking ahead matters if the calendar is tight. One thing worth a quick check before signing: the company's own site says it's been in business about seven years, while its Thumbtack profile lists ten — worth asking directly how long the current crew has been operating under this name. For anyone planning a bathroom remodel, a kitchen backsplash, or another tile job in the Boston area, this is a small, hands-on outfit with a deep, consistently positive track record and a verified registration — just confirm the schedule and get an exact timeline before booking.
I seriously could not rate the tiling job done by this team any higher! Tevan was great in setting everything up and keeping things on track and the actual installation by Alessandro was efficient and top quality. He even solved for some issues that cropped up when I extended the job with only just enough tiles from my original order. But he made it happen! They were professional, experts, and the final outcome on this project I am extremely happy with. If you have tiling needs, this is who you can trust.
It pains us to be the first four-star review here, because Tevan’s reputation is spotless and his Google and Thumbtack reviews are the whole reason we hired him. We didn’t even bother getting other quotes. He told us upfront that they take one job at a time with a small, trusted crew, which sold us instantly after a past contractor treated our house like a revolving door of strangers. Here’s where the one star slipped away. The first paint job we got was, to put it kindly, a genuine work of abstract art. On a white wall, maybe we let it slide. But we were going full green, so there was nowhere to hide. One call and a few photos later, Tevan’s team showed up the next day, redid everything, and the walls now look flawless. Communication was also a little quieter than the reviews would suggest, and I found myself playing project manager more than I expected. Still, we love our bathroom and we’d hire this crew again in a heartbeat. The four stars aren’t a complaint, just a little friendly feedback for the team to keep in mind.
Alex and the team did a good job installing tiles in our mudroom. The communication with Alex was easy. The crew are friendly and on time. The final result of the tiles is beautiful.
Alex, Tevan and their team did our two half baths. They’re very responsive, hardworking, efficient, and always keep the work area tidy. Their pricing was also very fair and our bathrooms turnout very nice! Super easy to work with and would definitely recommend them!
I was looking for a company to work on my bathroom remodel, and a friend recommended WA Luxury Tile. I couldn’t be happier! They were very professional, responded quickly, and the final result looks great. Highly recommend!
