A December 2024 customer had an entire floor lifted while the sub-floor, cabinets, plumbing connections and wood trim stayed put and the appliances came out. In November 2024 another had tile ripped up without disturbing the tile they wanted to keep, and said the crew showed up on time, explained the process and priced it fairly. In September 2025, water-damaged LVP came out and hardwood went in; that reviewer wrote that Florin and his team stayed many late nights to make it happen. The newer work runs the same way. A January 2026 bathroom renovation got a tile shower and a radiant-heat tile floor, plus a repaired mudroom floor and a new tile wall in the kitchen. In April 2026 a customer had a custom shower built and called the workmanship meticulous, and a February 2026 household had LVP run throughout, with the crew cleaning up at the end of each day. One thing worth knowing: a February 2025 reviewer got Western Floors as a subcontractor through a larger local flooring company rather than hiring them directly, so if you are buying flooring through a retailer, ask who will actually be laying it.
