The company says on Angi it has eleven years of experience and that it speaks Spanish. The small jobs went well. In April 2021 one customer paid $130 for a painting job and called the work good; another the same month said a scratch in a wood floor was fixed quickly and cheaply. Both are one-liners, but they point the same way: fast, inexpensive, small-scope work. The bigger job did not. A homeowner writing in December 2021 described a kitchen retile done that May with no protective barriers put up, leaving the house covered in demolition dust, and said that within six months tiles were chipped, cracked and shifting underfoot — cheap, they wrote, but possibly needing redoing. That single account is what pulls a 67%-five-star profile down to 3.8 on Angi and HomeAdvisor, which publish the same three reviews as mirrors of each other rather than as independent corroboration. Worth knowing: nothing has been written about this company anywhere in nearly five years. No licence number appears on any of the profiles, and none was confirmed against the Massachusetts registry here — for flooring-only work Massachusetts does not require home improvement contractor registration, but the remodeling, tile and additions work listed here is not covered by that exemption, so ask for the registration number and check it yourself. If what you need is a floor repair, a room repainted, or a similarly contained job at a low price, the 2021 accounts fit that. For a full kitchen or a multi-trade remodel, go in with the tile complaint in hand: ask specifically about dust containment and substrate prep, get the warranty on tile work written down, and ask for two or three references from jobs finished in the last year, since the public record gives you nothing after 2021.
