It's been a Better Business Bureau accredited business with an A+ rating since 2013, and calls itself an authorized dealer for Harvey Windows & Doors and Therma-Tru — the kind of manufacturer relationship a window-and-door specialist actually needs. What's thin is the customer record online. Google shows only 5 stars across 4 ratings, and the one review on file — from 2022 — called the work great and said the reviewer would recommend them without hesitation. Houzz and BuildZoom, where BuildZoom's own permit data lives, both show zero written reviews despite the decades of work. A more recent signal: a May 2026 Nextdoor post in nearby Woburn recommended the company by name as honest and fair, unprompted word of mouth from a neighboring town. Before booking, it's worth asking directly about licensing: BuildZoom lists an active Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration under the company's current number, which it says it verified as active this past April, but also shows two earlier registration numbers for the business now marked cancelled — not unusual for a firm this old, but worth a quick check with the state yourself. This reads like a long-running local outfit that does the work more than it markets it — a fair call for a straightforward window, door or deck job, especially with a neighbor's recommendation in hand, though the modest online trail means it's worth asking for a couple of recent references before signing anything.
