BBB has accredited the business since 2013 and grades it A+. On Houzz it presents as a family-owned general contractor, with one seven-image project set. Licensing needs a direct question. The Massachusetts registry shows the home improvement contractor registration held by Wilmington Window & Door, Inc. — number 118483 — as expired, and BuildZoom lists a second old number, 173323, as inactive. BuildZoom separately lists a third registration, 193563, which it says it verified as active in April 2026; that is the directory's own record rather than a state confirmation. Registration matters for this work — windows, doors, decks and remodeling are not among the trades Massachusetts exempts — so ask which registration covers your job, get the number, and check it yourself before any deposit changes hands. What is absent here is customers. BBB, Houzz and BuildZoom each show a profile with no reviews on it, and no star rating appears anywhere.
