Windows Cleaning Expert is a Winchester, Massachusetts crew that washes windows, clears gutters, and power-washes homes and patios across Newton, Boston, Lexington, and nearby towns. Twelve of the thirteen Google reviews on file are five stars, and the same two names come up again and again: Christian and Jake (sometimes spelled Jay) are named in seven of the thirteen reviews, credited for arriving on time, working fast, and leaving things clean. Several reviewers are repeat customers — one called it their third time hiring the company, another said they'd been using it "for a few years." A 2026 review described washing 40 windows and 4 doors inside and out in about two hours, including a skylight that meant going up on the roof, and another mentions a combined roof, siding, and window job. The one exception is an April 2026 review, rated one star, describing a $310 booking for a patio power wash and two windows that ran into a dispute over access to an outdoor water faucet. For a booking that includes power washing or roof and gutter access, confirm the price and water-access requirements with them directly before the crew arrives.
Christian and Jake did a phenomenal job cleaning the windows of our condo unit. We have historically done this ourselves and decided to save ourselves the headache this time. We are so glad we did and will definitely bring them back next time we need to clean our windows!
Cristian, Jay, and their team were outstanding. They arrived early (on a Monday morning!) and more than exceeded our expectations. They did an excellent job cleaning all of our windows, including some tricky skylights, as well as a great job clearing our gutters and providing insightful recommendations on how to best maintain, and what to keep an eye out for since we deal with alot of pine needles. Couldn't recommend Windows Cleaning Expert more, and specifically Cristian and Jay. Look forward to having them back in the fall to keep up with everything.
We've been using Window Cleaning Experts for a few years, and they're always easy to work with. Christian and Jake did an excellent job this year, and they're great guys.
Great job by Jake and Christian! Very nice and efficient. Windows look amazing and I highly recommend them!
This is the third time I have used Windows Cleaning Expert. They are reliable and responsive. The team of Christian and Jake were excellent. They were on time, worked fast and left my house sparkling clean.
