A house rebuilt after a fire caused by faulty wiring is the job a July 2023 Houzz reviewer hired WR Builders for, and they described a professional, efficient team that gave regular updates throughout. The design-build and general contracting firm, which lists a Watertown address and describes itself as based in Newton, takes on custom homes, additions, kitchen and bathroom remodeling, basement and attic renovations and commercial construction. Its site names founders Wilson and Olga Ramiro Ban, calls it a family-owned company and gives 2007 as its start, and lists towns from Arlington and Belmont to Natick, Sudbury and Waltham. In an October 2024 Google review, a family described a custom home build from design through the final walk-through that stayed within their budget and finished on time. A January 2023 Houzz reviewer praised the project manager's detailed proposal on a kitchen project, and a July 2026 Google reviewer said the work finished on time at a fair price. Even a prospective client who chose another contractor in 2023 wrote on BuildZoom that the team was responsive and its proposal made their final three. Google shows 5 stars from 4 ratings, and Houzz and HomeAdvisor each show 5.0 from 2. Several of its 2024 Google reviews are general praise that describe no particular job. BuildZoom lists Massachusetts home improvement contractor number 188599 and construction supervisor number CS111324 for the company, along with 29 permitted projects.
