WS General Contractor, also called WSPro, is a Woburn contractor listing residential and commercial construction, carpentry, siding, roofing, additions, renovations and restoration in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Several customers name Wagner as the owner or GC they dealt with; one gives his full name, Wagner Santos. Several 2025 customers hired them for decks. A September 2025 Google customer said a falling-apart deck was fixed up. Another that month described a deck remodel finished on time with the area kept clean. A July 2025 reviewer wrote about a new deck built on schedule. In a February 2026 review, a buyer said Higor turned around a quote quickly and talked through issues during due diligence on a home purchase. Two customers posted one-star Google reviews on August 21, 2026. One said their project had been delayed more than a year and that they had paid more than half, with barely anything done. The other said no project was completed by the promised deadline, contracts were ignored and many promises were fake, and did not recommend the contractor to anyone looking to build a home. I wish I could give zero stars for the service of this company. There were many fake promises made. No projects were completed on the promised deadline contracts were ignored and many requests were not taken with respect. I don’t recommend this contractor if you are looking to build a home
I’m giving 1 star cause I can’t give zero! This is a horrible company I do not recommend this contractor to anyone who’s trying to do serious business! Horrible customer service, never meets deadlines, I have my project delayed for over a year! Always promising things that never comes true. I’ve already sent more than half of the payment and barely got anything done. The person who you talk too is very unprofessional. I don’t recommend this to anyone.
