A recent customer who switched from oil to a new natural gas boiler said the quote was reasonable with no hidden costs, the timeline was laid out at the beginning, and the company was quick to answer questions. A recent customer said a worker did a drainage pipe repair under their mobile home after many other places gave no response or said no. A 2026 customer who owns an apartment building wrote that another company's two visits did nothing, and that Yankee Energy, reached on a Friday, fixed the leak Monday morning. A 2026 customer said urgent service came the next day and that Brendan clearly explained everything during the two-hour job. A 2024 customer said Brendan came over as quick as he could when their furnace stopped working in the middle of winter and had it back running quickly. A 2022 customer said Brendan installed a new furnace in their mobile home in a timely fashion and came on Thanksgiving when the furnace stopped working.
I don't often write reviews but Brendan deserves this. I called Yankee this morning as I had a leak in my downstairs ceiling and I didn't know where it was coming from. He told me he could be to my home same day! He arrived when he said he would. Immediately got to work. He found my issue and solved it with parts he had on his truck (refreshing that a repair service has parts these days!). He gave me the bill and it was more than fair. I couldn't recommend Yankee more!
Local business. Local employees. 10/10. No notes. Support places like this so the world does not go completely corporate.
Yankee Energy was recommended to me by several people on a community group. I needed a plumber to help fix some hose bibs, get water to work in my barn and a propane line run for a new gas stove. Yankee was able to do it all. Great service, quick to respond, easy scheduling. Fair pricing. Highly recommend!
After contacting numerous companies that either didn't respond quickly or gave outlandish quotes, I contacted Yankee Energy after someone local recommended them to me as I was new in the area. Yankee Energy gave me a very reasonable quote with no hidden costs to switch from oil to a brand new natural gas boiler. I had no previous affiliation or relationship with the company prior to reaching out. I HIGHLY recommend choosing Yankee Energy if you are considering a similar retrofit project. They may not provide the lowest possible quote, but it certainly wasn't close to the highest quote I received either, and the job will be done correctly from a licensed professional. The timeline was well laid out at the beginning, they were quick to answer all of my annoying questions, and were very communicative and professional during the entire process.
I was in desperate need of a drainage pipe repair under my mobile home. After calling many places and gettIng no response or just plain No, this gentleman (i neglected to get his name)came through. He was a trooper and did the repair. We cant thank him enough. Definately recommend, you give YANKEE ENERGY a call. People willing to crawl under mobile homes are few and far between, he was a savior. Tammy M
