Zollhaus Companies

Tim worked with us starting during the homebuying process to provide quick and accurate quotes that allowed us to effectively negotiate concessions to repair our roof and add need ventilation to the attic. While we were waiting to close, Tim helped us develop a timeline that would allow us to complete the needed repairs before move in, alongside other improvements like a new backsplash and roof de-icing coile. Once the sale was complete, he began work immediately, and kept me updated with consistent communication throughout the process. I was very happy with the quality of work from Tim & his team, and would be quick to use him again for future improvements to our home.

We have been using Tim for years and EVERY project he has done for us has been completed on time and with uncanny precision! He is a master tradesperson! Thank you Tim, our outdoor shower enclosure looks beautiful.

Tim was a pleasure to work with for my most recent project at my school. What we thought would be an easy process turned into needing approval from conservation and the town. Tim was knowledgeable, professional, and guided us through the process from start to finish. His work was completed efficiently and always answers all my questions. Looking forward to working with Zollhaus Companies on our next project as well. Highly recommend Tim and his crew!

Tim made our vision come to life!!! We remodeled basement, kitchen, and two bathrooms plus a few odd jobs… His work is immaculate, his eye for the small details is impressive… I would HIGHLY recommend Tim for any work you need in your home…

I'm thrilled with how Zollhaus renovated my 1800s condo in downtown Boston. From the design process to execution, Tim is a partner every step of the way. I met with multiple contractors but what set Tim apart is his ability to listen to what the client wants and match that with his expertise to deliver recommendations that exceed your expectations. He thinks outside the box - for example, he had 2 ideas to maximize space - one around changing the location of a washer/dryer and the other for swapping a vanity and tub location - that no one else came up with. My project was complex and Tim patiently explained things to me every step of the way.  Finally, the attention to detail and craftsmanship you receive from Tim and his team is top notch. They're extremely hard workers and it shows in how they renovate your home; simply put, they want you to be as thrilled with it as they would be if it were their own home. Thank you Tim and team!"
