Theo was great, especially when I had no heat in a very cold Saturday night. He explained everything as he went along so I was informed. Extremely knowledgeable. He will become the person I tell everyone about. I love to support small business! THANK YOU!!!

Theo is amazing!! My AC broke on a 95 degree day and he was out to my house within on hour! It ended up being an electrical breaker but he was still able to fix it for me. I would recommend 1Boston Energy to anyone and I will definitely be using Theo moving foward.

Theo is the man. He came by to inspect the heat pump unit at my place and gave everything a once over. He fixed the airflow issues I was having and got the house cooled down no problem. He was just generally a great guy to ask questions of, and I learned about what to do to keep things running smoothly, cooling-wise. I almost hope we have another HVAC issue because he was great. Tier 1 customer service, highly recommend.

I only wish we were introduced to 1Boston Energy years ago! Theo is amazing and his investigation of what the problem(s) is and then how he goes about solving the problem is quite impressive. His knowledge is vast and he seems to delight in giving details (almost teaching us) about what is wrong with our system and how he will go about fixing things. Our system is 20 years old and when we were told that our system was “unfixable” by another company we were devastated. They wanted to install a new system for 10k! We got a 2nd opinion from Theo (1 Boston Energy) and Theo got our older system up and running for a tiny fraction of the cost of a new system! Can’t say enough about how happy we are with 1Boston Energy! Theo is friendly, reliable, knowledgeable, fairly priced and thoughtful. If you can’t tell… we absolutely recommend 1Boston Energy.
