His Massachusetts electrician licence, #12223-EL-A, is active, held by Richard I Wingert. Emergency calls make up most of the written reviews, and they split. Seven of the eleven are five stars. Two March 2026 reviews describe a quick arrival, one the same day for an electrical emergency. A May 2025 customer said he fit them in on a Sunday afternoon and explained the problem step by step. In a February 2024 review, a couple who had driven a nail through a wire said Richie promised to be there within 30 minutes with a free quote, gave the total cost up front, and cut into the wall to replace the wire and the breaker within two hours. Several reviewers mention his riddles. The other four are one or two stars. In a January 2025 review, a customer who called about a plug that was out of order said he made unnecessary repairs, charged $585 and did not give a breakdown of the price when asked. An October 2021 two-star review likewise said he fixed the problem but did some unnecessary work, and could have said the electric company would have fixed it for free. An April 2025 customer was told they were next on the list with a two-hour wait, and nobody showed up, called or rescheduled.
