Vigil's own professional record has him leading the company since March 1980. It also holds a federal CAGE code with a Dun & Bradstreet number and turns up on Massachusetts sealed-bid plan-holder lists: the paperwork of a firm that lives on public work. What barely exists is a homeowner record. One Google review, posted in June 2026 and written in French, says he turned up at the reviewer's home on a Sunday for an emergency, praises the service and recommends him. That is the entire customer trail — one review, and nothing on any other platform. So the fit depends on the job. For municipal, commercial or signal work, this is a firm with four decades behind it and city contracts to show for it. For a house call you would be hiring on that record rather than on other homeowners' accounts — worth asking whether residential work is something they still take on, and confirming the licensed electrician and the scope in writing before booking.
