The written history is short but it repeats itself. A homeowner in August 2024 described a reroof where the crew worked around their schedule, cleared every nail off the site, closed the permit through final inspection and sent before-and-after photos. That April, another described the detail that won A&R the job: rather than tear off a rubber roof that was still sound, they repaired a badly installed transition where dissimilar materials met — cheaper, and in that customer's view better built. A 2025 reroof was done in a single day with the yard left clean.
There is a second side to this company a homeowner might not expect. Its Procore construction-network profile reports 32 projects since September 2023, 19 still active, on jobs averaging around $18 million, across commercial, institutional and residential work. This is not purely a residential roofing crew.
Two things to raise before signing. OSHA's establishment search lists a partial inspection of the company in Massachusetts recorded 04/10/2023 — ask them about it directly. And the tenure figures disagree: the company's own site claims more than a decade, while its BBB profile puts it at seven years and dates the business start to 2019.
If you want a roofer who holds the quote, closes the permit and sweeps up after itself, everything written about them so far points that way — it is simply a short history, five reviews deep. Ask for two recent residential references in your town, confirm which crew will be on your roof given how much commercial work is running, and get the OSHA question answered.
