They did a great job from start to finish. It started with Mike clearly explaining what the process would be before we even asked. He communicated right away when it was clear we'd need to reschedule the free assessment because of a snowstorm. The guy who did the assessment explained what he recommended until we understood, and the team that did the abatement were professional and thorough. Everyone was super nice. Aside from the fact that we were dealing with asbestos, it was a great experience.

I highly recommend AA Asbestos Abatement LLC. We had ice dam damage which led to needing to remove the full ceilings and some drywall in four of our rooms due to asbestos in the popcorn ceilings and drywall joint compound. Mike was at our house early each day and readily available to answer our questions throughout the process. We were originally told the job would take over 2 weeks, Mike brought in additional crews and they were able to finish the full job in just 3 days. The crews left the house extremely clean, and everyone we dealt with was polite. Mike made an extremely stressful situation go very smoothly.

As a first time home-buyer, learning that I had "free-floating" asbestos in the attic was harrowing to say the least... Mike and his team made the situation manageable however--they were excellent about walking me through things, explaining the process, and helping with the reimbursement fund. I cannot recommend them highly enough--unequivocally positive experience all around! Great communication, timely, professional service, and at the end of the day no asbestos in the attic! We are breathing easy!

Gentlemen that came arrived on time and kept me updated with the progress. The job ended up being 4 layers vs 2 that was expected so it took a little extra time. They were very polite and very kind to my dog. I would recommend them to anyone that needs asbestos removal. Below are the before and after.
