Evan was very professional and provided several points of insight regarding our chimney situation. He conducted a thorough objective evaluation of our chimney condition and fireplace that enabled us to make informed decisions on the repair and maintenance going forward. I would recommend his consultation for anyone looking for value added inspection results for chimney conditions. Unfortunately this area is home to numerous chimney services that prey on homeowners that lack information about chimney conditions or issue solutions. These services typically tell the homeowners the worst and upsell unwarranted solutions. Note here: Get an opinion from someone like Evan before engaging with a chimney services company.

My friends and family to Evan as the house whisperer. He is incredibly knowledgeable, and thorough. He takes the time to walk you through all if his findings so you can make an educated decision. He's protected us from two home purchases that would've been absolute nightmares. Highly recommend Evan!

Evan was extremely detailed condcuitng a pre inspection for my home. He was clear in explaining all his observations and provided smart solutions for things I could address myself as well as advice steps to take for things that needed a professional. His insights and assessments made me know that I was prepared to present the best house to potential buyers. Also he made it fun refelcting on his many years of experiecne sharing funny stories about what can be pretty dull subject matter,. I would recommend him to anyone looking for this service.
