That homeowner says Frank and his crew responded late in the afternoon, extracted the water, moved furniture, cleaned the basement, used industrial fans and mold deterrent, and returned the next morning to check that the floor was dry. This is useful first-hand evidence for water-damage response, but it is one older review, so ask for current references, response coverage, and the exact remediation scope before booking.

July 3, 2019 we had a water pipe break from the street into our basement. Frank and his crew came down immediately (this happened late afternoon) went in to the basement with numerous equipment and vaccumed the water, moved all furniture to the upstairs and completely cleaned the basement, as well as set industrial fans while using mold deterrent. They finished around 9:30 that evening, Frank returned the next (July 4) morning to make sure everything was running and floor was dry. Professional is not a good enough word for Absolute Restoration. The team was courteous and hard working. I would not hesitate to contact Absolute Restoration and would recommend them to everyone.
