We had damage in a rental resulting from a water leak under the kitchen sink that also affected the basement ceiling. Our plumber who fixed the leak recommended us to contact RestoPros. Interaction with the owner, Rob, was very pleasant. He sent George to assess the situation. He was very knowledgeable and informed us that the damage was not extensive as originally thought and could be fixed by a handyman. RestoPros are clearly a reputable company.

I highly recommend this company. We had a basement flood the very morning after a death in the family. Massive amounts of water was the last thing in the world we wanted to deal with. As visitors, we were not familiar with businesses in this area so I just went online to find a company. Owner answered the phone and explained everything clearly. They showed up quickly and went straight to work. Water had spread throughout the lower level and the gentleman was careful to not only remove all the water, but also spray for potential mold. The fans and dehumidifier ran for several days, then he sprayed it again. Courteous, on-time, did what they promised at a fair price (it was on the weekend). We paid cash in full, rather than go through homeowners insurance. Another company I had called only wanted to go thru insurance, which may be fine for some people, but not in our situation. Hopefully you won’t need their services, but if you do, don’t hesitate to hire them.

I have to say that I had a great experience with RestoPros of Plymouth. The service was quick, professional and clean! Jorge, one of the restoration pros was personable and professional as well as the owner Rob. I highly recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to hire them if their services are needed! Go local!

Blizzard of 26 help!! I had a water pipe burst last night and after calling around to hear I’d have to wait weeks/months, I found RestoPros. Talk about being in it with you!! They immediately dispatched someone out to assess the situation and were prepared to get to work within hours. Since this just started, I can’t speak to the end product. But, the knowledge and support and comfort they had were amazing! Thank you!
