The Dracut company — doing business as ADEP Demolition and Remediation, with a second office in Salem, New Hampshire — describes itself as a large-scale asbestos, lead, PCB and mold abatement contractor that also does building takedowns and specialty demolition, mainly for general contractors, developers and owners across New England. Its BBB page says it plainly: the business serves commercial customers. The credentials are the substance here. Both its Minority Business Enterprise and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise certifications with the Massachusetts Supplier Diversity Office are verified active, the latter through April 2028. BBB lists it as accredited since 2019 with an A+, incorporated in 2013 under president Kelvin Severino, and its own claimed Procore profile reports 223 projects since 2022 across Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Rhode Island, in commercial, healthcare, industrial, institutional and residential sectors. A 2021 trade article described the crew removing a concrete pool from the basement of a 120-year-old YMCA in Beverly with a remote-controlled Brokk machine, and a 2025 architect's post names ADEP as its construction partner on a project. The customer reviews are five Google five-stars, all posted on the same day in May 2025, calling it the best demolition company in the area — enthusiastic, but a single day's worth. Two details to reconcile before hiring: Procore lists 51 to 100 employees while BBB lists 27, and BBB describes the customer base as commercial. For a demolition, abatement or hazardous-material job of real size, this is a certified, well-documented contractor; a homeowner with a small interior demo should confirm they take that kind of work.
