DJ Restoration handles the aftermath — water, fire, mold and storm damage, plus crime scene cleanup, with help filing the insurance claim. Christopher DeJesus founded the Haverhill-based LLC in 2021, and the company describes itself as local and family-owned, covering Hillsborough and Rockingham counties in New Hampshire along with parts of Massachusetts, on call around the clock. On its own site the company lists IICRC certification in water damage, mold remediation and fire work, plus WRC, AMRT and SRT credentials for trauma and crime scene assistance. That is the company's own account of its training. The Better Business Bureau grades it C and says why: two complaints filed, one of which the company did not answer. It is not accredited there, and BBB lists it as a one-employee LLC. For a flooded basement, a smoke-damaged room or a mold job, this is a small local shop built for that call. Before signing, pin down who will be on site for a bigger loss, get the scope and the insurance billing in writing, and ask the company directly about the two complaints on its BBB page.
